Where to Turn for Help and Information

  3. Counselor---Use a drug and alcohol specialist; get professional help
  4. School---Confide in a trusted counselor, teacher or coach
  5. Support group---Choose a group that fits your belief system (religious, self-help, friends who face similar problems)
  6. Join AA or Al-Anon or a 12-step Program---90% of alcohol addiction programs use a 12-step approach
